LA County’s Assessment Appeal Application (AAB-100, also published as BOE-305-AH) and Oregon’s Property Value Appeals Board Real Property Petition (Form OR-B-RPP, 150-310-063). What each box asks for, where to find the number on your notice, and how to file.

Before you pre-order

Straight answers

Will this lower my property tax?

We can’t promise that, and nobody honest can. The board decides. Oregon’s Department of Revenue notes that an appeal may not result in a reduction of tax, because the board’s power to reduce assessed value is limited by law. The pack helps you file on time with organized evidence.

Do you file the appeal for me?

No. You fill in and file the form yourself with the county. We don’t represent you, contact the county for you, or act as a tax agent.

Why a pre-order?

The pack is being finished now. You pay today, and we email it within 2 business days of your order, and by Fri 13 Nov at the latest. If it doesn’t arrive, you get your money back.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. It is general self-help information and templates. For advice about your own property, talk to a licensed attorney or tax professional, or ask the county assessor’s office.

Does it cover other counties or states?

No. It covers LA County, California, and Oregon counties only. Other places have different forms and deadlines.
